Rob Paulsen jest amerykańskim aktorstem głosowym i piosenkarzem. Urodził się 11 marca 1956 roku w Detroit w Michigan w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Paulsen jest znany z takich ról jak Yakko w "Animaniaks", Pinky w "Pinky i Mózg" i Donatello w "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles".
