Cuba Gooding Jr. jest amerykańskim aktorem filmowym i telewizyjnym. Urodził się 2 stycznia 1968 roku w Nowym Jorku, USA. Zadebiutował w filmie w 1986 roku i od tego czasu wystąpił w wielu filmach i programach telewizyjnych. Jest znany głównie z roli Rod Tidwella w filmie "Jerry Maguire" oraz z występu w filmie "Men of Honor". Gooding Jr. zdobył nagrodę Akademii za swoją rolę w filmie "Ojciec chrzestny" i był kilkakrotnie nominowany do innych prestiżowych nagród za swoje role.
