David Duchovny, urodzony 7 sierpnia 1960 roku w Nowym Jorku, jest amerykańskim aktorem, reżyserem i pisarzem.

Ukończył Princeton University, gdzie studiował literaturę. Po ukończeniu studiów rozpoczął karierę aktorską, występując w telewizyjnych produkcjach i filmach. Najbardziej znany jest jednak z roli Foxa Muldera w popularnym telewizyjnym serialu "The X-Files".
